Teacher Kyle

Teacher Kyle has worked in research positions for universities, private corporations, and the government of Canada. He has been teaching university and college level courses for the last 6 years at the University of Victoria. He has also been tutoring science students full time for the last 4 years with a focus on Biology and Physics.

Kyle emphasizes the progression from core concepts to precise details to develop student’s understanding of the process of science. His goal is to stimulate student’s problem solving and 3-dimensional thinking so that they will remember the reasons and evidence supporting their science curriculum. Kyle uses a strength-based approach to teaching which utilizes students’ individual strengths to suggest learning strategies that focus on results and positive outcomes.
